password retrieval/reset methods
For an account linked to plaync, I can change my pass if I know my pass. If I don't know it, then I must have proof of purchase (cd keys or credit card or receipt) for ncsoft support.
For an unlinked account, I can change my pass if I can login to my email. Or again If I have proof of purchase, through ncsoft support. Am I missing anything? I thought I used to be able to retrieve/reset my password through knowing my birthday or something. |

As far as I'm aware, the methods you listed are the only way now to change/reset/retrieve your password. Either through PlayNC Master Account, PlayNC/NCSoft support or via password change/e-mail system if unlinked.
TBH I don't remember being able to reset/retrieve password just knowing date of birth, but I'll admit my memory isn't the greatest.
